Upon completion of a real estate development project, we then begin providing property/asset management services to insure the property maintains its peak performance and more importantly building tenant satisfaction.

Landmark s.r.o. offers a very comprehensive and proactive approach based upon experience and good decision making capabilities.  A list our services include:

  • On-site maintenance.  We have full time maintenance people that monitor and maintain building equipment to ensure peak performance.  This staff member also provides assistance to the building tenants as necessary.

  • On-site reception/garage attendants.  We have full time receptionist that greet and assist building tenants and their visitors.

  • Property manager.  Each property has a person responsible for the operation of the building, staff and its vendors that supply services to the building.  The property manager is also responsible for the tenant relations in the building and any lease disputes that may occur.

  • Asset manager.  Each property has a group of support staff, which monitors the buildings operating costs, lease obligations and other financial obligations of the property.

  • Extra services.  We also provide construction management services to our clients should they require any improvements within their office area.
