• Land acquisition.  Through our local expertise and knowledge we are able to locate, negotiate and purchase properties that have ideal development opportunities.

• Permit assistance.  Through our experience, knowledge and cooperation with local building authorities, we can successfully obtain zoning, building and occupancy permits in a timing manner.

• Financing.  We seek project debt financing through local banks that are experienced with the local real estate market.

• Construction management.  Since our staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with all phases of construction from the tender process through building construction to tenant fit-out , we bring our projects on schedule and budget.

• Marketing.  Our staff is experienced in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements and events to promote the given project.

• Leasing.  Our staff manages real estate agencies that are assigned to leasing the vacancies within a given project.  Our staff is also present during property visits with potential building tenants to provide additional information as required.

• Lease negotiations.  Our staff along with legal counsel negotiates all leases with potential building tenants.

• Tenant relocation.  Our staff coordinates all relocation activities with new tenants to insure a smooth transition into their new surroundings.
