Building Maintenance/Reception
Landmark s.r.o. also employ a number of on-site staff that maintain the building and receptionists who greet and assist both the building tenants and their visitors.  This staff directly report to the building’s Property Manager.

Landmark Company Staff
The staff of Landmark s.r.o. consists of a small group of energetic and highly skilled and experienced people in Prague’s real estate market.  A brief review of the staff is as follows:

Gregory M. Kowalenko – Managing Director
After completing his education in the field of architectural engineering in 1984, Mr. Kowalenko started his career in the real estate industry in Washington D.C., U.S.A. and worked for two leading real estate development/property management firms.  In July 1993 Mr. Kowalenko relocated to Prague and established property-holding firms and a real estate development/property management firm on behalf of a private investment group.  Mr. Kowalenko is responsible for seeking development opportunities, overseeing the design, approval and construction of projects, marketing/lease negotiations, financing procurement and overseeing the property management staff as well as overseeing the administration and marketing of the company.

Hana Javùrková – Project/Property Manager
Miss Javùrková completed her studies at the Prague’s School of Economics in 1992 and joined Mr. Kowalenko in 1994.  She has participated in all the development projects within the investment group’s portfolio from property procurement to construction management to project completion and tenant move-in.  Miss Javùrková is currently the property manager of the Paramount Building in Prague 7 and works closely with the building staff and vendors in maintaining and operating the building as well as providing tenant assistance and any necessary construction improvements.

Monika Jindøichová – Property Manager
Mrs. Jindøichová completed her studies at Prague’s School of Economics in 1994 and joined Landmark s.r.o. in 1997.  Mrs. Jindøichová assisted in the property management activities at the Metropolitan Building and in 1999, she became the full time property manager of the building.  Mrs. Jindøichová works closely with the building staff and vendors in maintaining and operating the building as well as providing tenant assistance and any necessary construction improvements.

 

Marie Milcová – Accountant
Mrs. Milcová completed her studies at Prague’s School of Economics in 1972 and joined Landmark s.r.o. in 1997.Mrs. Milcová has attained several years of experience in accounting with emphasis in the real estate field.  She is responsible for the bookkeeping, invoicing and accounts receivable/payable for Landmark and all the companies within the investment group’s real estate portfolio.
