On July 1996 Landmark secured the purchase of an empty deteriorating two level storage building located on 1 737 m2 of land. Landmark would seek approval to remove the existing building and replace it with a new administrative building with underground parking structure.
Due to configuration of the property and located in between two existing buildings, the design of the building proved to be rather unique, but very efficient. As the project received approvals, the existing storage structure was removed and the property was ready for the new construction. Once the building permit was issued, construction began immediately. The building had a twelve-month lease up period and is currently 100% occupied with a variety of international and local companies.
The architectural character of the building is very bold and reflects the former industrial character of Holešovice area. This building has windows along three sides of the building since there is courtyard located towards the center of the building thus allowing plenty of natural light into the perimeter rooms. Floor plates range from 796 - 1 126 m2 of leasable floor area.
