On January 1995 Landmark secured the purchase of an empty deteriorating three level building located on 852 m2 of land. Landmark development scheme was to seek approval to remove the existing building and replace it with a new administrative building and underground parking structure.
During the design phase, it was determined additional land would be required in order to accommodate parking for the building and so Landmark sought approval from local authorities to lease adjacent public park for underground parking and exchange Landmark would reconstruct a new park over the garage.
Approval for the new building and underground garage was granted and construction began shortly thereafter. Within six months before its completion, the building was 80% leased to Alcatel as their headquarters in Prague and within two months after completion the building reached 100% occupancy.
The architectural character of the building is very pleasing and compliments the surrounding buildings. This building has windows along three sides of the building thus allowing plenty of natural light into the perimeter rooms. Each floor has approximately 689 m2 of leasable floor area.
