Since 1993 the representatives of Landmark s.r.o (a limited liability company) have been involved in Prague’s evolving real estate market. Instead of focusing on properties within the city’s central business district, we decided to concentrate in the “fringe areas” since it was certain that in time most companies would begin seeking these areas for modern office projects that would provide them with modern building amenities, adequate parking, large floor plates and reasonable rental rates.

Many in the real estate community had doubts regarding our choice of Holešovice in Prague 7, which was a former light industrial area with very little office building stock. Regardless of the skepticism, we felt the area was ideal for development due to the availability of large parcels of land, wide streets, good infrastructure but more importantly it was easily accessible by public and private transportation to the central business district and other districts within the city.

Over the past eight years, we have successfully developed in Holešovice two new administrative office projects along with the renovation of a ninety-year-old former spice facility into a modern warehouse/office complex. As the developer, we were fully responsible for all phases of these development projects from property acquisition to design development, project permitting, financing procurement, construction management, marketing, lease negotiations, space planning and tenant relocation.

Currently we providing property/asset management services to our developed properties in order to insure a high standard of building operations and a high tenant satisfaction. We are also involved in the earlier preparation stages of our next commercial development project in Holešovice, which shall be located within steps of the Holešovice metro station.

We are pleased that we have had the opportunity to participate in Prague’s evolving real estate market and have gained a reputation for providing high quality projects along with professional management services.
